Architectural Specialties provided recommendations to the architect of record for the Courtesy Subaru remodel concerning the installation of both an access control and video surveillance system. This included our proposal on the recommended locking hardware to be utilized in the access control system. All Architectural Specialties recommendations were included in the project.

Architectural Specialties installed a turnkey access control and video surveillance system. The access control system is based around RS2’s open architecture access control platform. The system consists of 12 access control points including one elevator.

The installed video surveillance system is based around the Salient Video Management System (VMS) and consists of seven exterior cameras and nine interior cameras. Architectural Specialties also provided the ability to view both live and recorded video using mobile devices.
